A fragment of history on the seafront!

“Villa Enriqueta”, one of the town's heritage villas, located on the seafront of Salou, very close to the Barcelona South international airport.

Built in 1923 on a corner plot of 887 m2 and 1087 m2 of constructed area. Rehabilitated in 2008 for restaurant use, under the name “Villa Alexander”, without losing the original essence, Catalan modernist style from the beginning of the 20th century. It preserves ceramic details, standing out for its spectacular square tower with a hipped tile roof, next to it there are windows with lowered arches with wonderful views of the sea. Possibility of presenting a project to obtain a commercial license or transform it into a privileged home a few meters from the Salou marina.
