This is a unique farmhouse dating back to 1618, the number of the divine proportion; although ancient writings suggest it was built in 1890. It was formerly one of the best restaurants in the region and still retains the industrial kitchen, public bathrooms for men/women, and a subterranean cellar made with great attention to detail. A large stone serves as a central table with handmade iron lamps, and illuminated brick shelves make it one of the most beautiful corners.

On the first floor is the reception area that leads to the kitchen, cellar, or bathrooms. The counter where coffees, liqueurs, and cigars were served is still preserved. A unique space with stone arches and a majestic fireplace that leads to the two dining room-style rooms.

Currently, these dining rooms can be used as living rooms and have access to the garden.

On the upper floor is the sleeping area, which retains the original wooden beams. One of the areas needs to be reinforced.
After the hallway, we find a living room, 5 bedrooms, and an original guest bathroom with a bathtub. All of them have large windows that overlook the front of the farmhouse, providing plenty of light throughout the day.

A few stairs up we find the old attics, cool for storing food as in the old days.

The outdoor environment is wonderful, with a well where there used to be water (currently the farmhouse is supplied by the town), trees that maintain privacy, and direct access to the Vilafranca road, just 10 minutes away.
